Affiliate disclosure

This page explains how ShoutMixCasinos.com makes money and what that means for the pages you read. It sits alongside our disclaimer, the legal notice and terms and reading our reviews. ShoutMix is published by Rimalto Content L.L.C..

Who pays for ShoutMix

There is no subscription and no paywall. The site is funded by casino operators through affiliate agreements. When you follow one of our casino links and then register or deposit, the operator may pay us. Depending on the agreement, that is a one-off fee per new depositing player, a share of the net revenue the casino earns from players we refer, a fixed fee for a placement for an agreed period, or payment for a sponsored link in an article. The details sit on About ShoutMix.

What it costs you

Nothing. Arriving through a ShoutMix link does not raise a deposit, shorten a bonus or change a wagering rule. The offer you see at the casino is the casino's own; we do not set it and cannot improve it. If the operator shows you something different from what our page describes, the operator's terms are the ones that apply.

Where affiliate links appear

Our commercial links are the casino buttons: "Get bonus", "Visit casino", "Play" and similar, in the shortlists, in comparison tables and at the top and bottom of reviews. They all run through addresses that start with /go/ and carry rel="sponsored". Links to rulebooks, regulators, help services, game studios and news sources are informational and earn us nothing. Banners and certain article links may be paid placements bought by an advertiser.

Partners in rankings

Commercial agreements decide which casinos we list and influence their order. A casino without an agreement with us is not shortlisted, and the top places usually go to the partners on the strongest terms. Treat a ranking as a curated list of advertisers, not as an independent league table. That is why each review also lists the facts you can check yourself: who runs the casino, which licence it holds, the cashier methods for Canadians and the actual playthrough on the welcome offer.

What money does not change

Payment does not buy a different set of facts. Bonus terms, minimum deposits, licence data and withdrawal rules come from the operator or a recognised review portal, and an operator cannot have them softened or a drawback removed from a review. Rulebooks, strategy notes and free demos are written for players and carry no commercial placements. How a review is put together, and where it falls short, is explained in reading our reviews.

Sponsored articles and banners

Some articles include a link that an advertiser paid for, and some pages carry a banner sold for a fixed period. We keep these placements as they were agreed and do not disguise them as editorial recommendations: a paid link points to the advertiser named in it, and the surrounding text is still written for the reader. We do not accept payment to publish a review score, to remove a complaint we have documented or to describe a bonus as better than its terms. If a page reads like an advertisement to you, tell us and we will check how it is labelled.

Your part

Read the casino's terms before you deposit, check that the operator is allowed to serve your province, and only play if you are of legal age: 19, or 18 in Alberta, Manitoba and Quebec. Bonuses advertised to the rest of Canada are not offered to players in Ontario, where the rules on promotion differ.

Changes and contact

We update this disclosure when our agreements or the way we label them change. Questions about a link, a placement or a ranking go to Rimalto Content L.L.C., Churchill Executive Tower, Business Bay, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, [email protected].
